Refund policy

General Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Returns

All returns to Beefurb Technologies LLC are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By initiating a return, exchange, or refund request, the customer acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of this policy.

Quality Check and Return Eligibility

All returned products will undergo a thorough Quality Check. Beefurb Technologies LLC reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the return criteria. The customer will not be entitled to a refund for products that do not qualify for return.

If a return request is rejected, Beefurb Technologies LLC will attempt to deliver the product back to the customer twice using its approved courier services. If both delivery attempts fail, Beefurb Technologies LLC will hold the product for three (3) business days at its delivery hub.

Customers may request another delivery attempt within these three (3) days by contacting customer support. If the product remains unclaimed for thirty (30) days, a return fee of AED 100 will be charged to the customer. If still unclaimed, the product will be liquidated, and the customer will no longer be able to request its return. In such cases, Beefurb Technologies LLC will not be held liable, and the customer will not be entitled to compensation.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs of AED 150 will be charged if the customer returns products for reasons such as:

· Changing their mind

· Disliking the product

Exchange and Refund Policy

Goods may be exchanged within seven (7) days from the original purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined by Beefurb Technologies LLC.

Refund requests will only be accepted within 24 hours from the time of purchase/delivery and refunds will only be issued if there is a defect in the equipment, tools, or hardware that cannot be repaired.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and will follow the same payment method used during purchase (Cash/Account/Credit/Debit Card).

To facilitate the exchange or refund process, customers must provide the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Condition of Returned Goods

All products must be returned in their original condition, as delivered to the customer. For new products, this means the original packaging, including factory seals and laminations, must remain intact. Pre-owned and refurbished items must also be returned in Beefurb's original packaging, which includes factory seals, barcodes, serial numbers, warranty stickers, plastic wrappers, and all original accessories.

Beefurb Technologies LLC reserves the right to verify and test the returned product to ensure its originality and functionality. This process may take 1-2 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns

Goods will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund if any components of the original packaging (e.g., seals, warranties, barcode stickers, lamination) have been tampered with or removed.

Policy Modifications

Beefurb Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at its discretion.
